Am I eligible for a concession?

  1. What concessions are available for members in continental Europe?
    Concessions are available for members who are currently not practising because they are:
    • Unable to work due to ill health or incapacity (ill-health concession)
    • No longer working within the property profession for remuneration (non-practising concession)
    • Working part-time in the property profession (part-time concession)
    • No longer working for remuneration (retired concession)
    • Unemployed, but seeking paid work (unemployed concession)
    • On maternity & adoption leave (maternity / adoption concession)
    • An academic who derives their income from the teaching of university property-related courses (academic concession).
    • Currently on a break to raise a family and not working for remuneration (family raising)

You must apply for a non-practising, part-time, academic or unemployed concession by 31 January 2012. If during the year your circumstances change and you once again become a practising member, you are required to notify us directly.
Applications for maternity, ill-health, retired, dual or family-raising concession will be considered throughout the subs year on a pro-rata basis.
