Alongside similar events worldwide, RICS Europe recently organised a Corporate Real Estate Roundtable in Frankfürt on 13 February 2012. The aims of the discussions were to further examine the effect of corporate occupiers on local economies and how this is developing in today’s market.

Delegates from Jones Lang LaSalle, Morgan Stanley and Landesbank, among many others, gathered at the local RICS offices to debate the market situation and latest trends. The conclusions drawn from these meetings will be the basis of a document to be presented at MIPIM 2012 in Cannes.
