How to join RICS Nordic
printThere are several routes to the RICS membership that you can choose from deepening on your background. But the majority of the professionals in the Nordic Region are joining through the Senior Professional Route. Please find more info attached on this route
The first step is to complete the RICS CV template and send it to RICS Nordic at RICSNordic@rics.org. We will then personally guide you through the membership process. More info can be found in the how to join section. The CV template must be completed in English.
RICS Ethics
In June 2007 RICS launched a principles-based regulatory regime, dispensing with a 56 page rule book and introducing a short, simple set of principles prescribing how members must conduct themselves in their personal and professional lives. This major regime change followed three years' work involving an independent review of RICS' regulatory framework, consultation with members, government and stakeholders and, at an EGM in October 2006, overwhelming member support for change.
