Sheffield Hallam University (SHU) in partnership with Nottingham Trent University (NTU) is delighted to announce plans to commence a high quality, internationally focused and innovative Masters programme with two routes - MSc Real Estate and MSc Construction and Development (subject to validation.) The course builds upon SHU's experience of developing and running the only accredited RICS course in Poland and NTU's in Hungary. The course will be RICS accredited and will provide a career opportunity for candidates to build upon their local knowledge and expertise and deepen and broaden their professional expertise in an international context. The course will last 2 years and candidates will be able to undertake their APC experience alongside the course delivery.

The programme will be delivered by a blended approach with high quality web based material, face to face 3 day workshops and integrated multi-disciplinary projects- one in Prague and one in the UK. A consultancy project rather than a dissertation will offer opportunities for candidates to research local issues for the benefit of their practice and/or the local professional community.

The course will take place at the Masaryk Institute of Advanced Studies who will provide course management services and deliver CPD and up-dating sessions to ensure a consistent entry to the programme. They will also offer English language support to students.
