Dear friends,
On May 28-29, 2009 Russian Society of Apprasers ( ROO) ran an international conference "Valuation Year 2009 - problems and trends at turbulent times" in St Petersburg. The conference was well attended and had interesting discussions.
RICS was presented by a speaker Mr Robert Peto FRICS, President Elect - RICS, who spoke on the role of a valuer at challenging times. Please find his presentation in this section in its original English version and translated into Russian. The presentation initiated a heated and interesting discussion and I received a good feedback from the professional community.
