Российское Общество Оценщиков (РОО) и RICS провели международный семинар в штаб-квартире RICS в Лондоне 14 апреля 2010 года, посвященный европейскому опыту оценки объектов, изымаемых для государственных нужд, в том числе под строительство олимпийских объектов. В ходе семинара были обсуждены следующие темы:

* Макроэкономический анализ  глобального, европейского и  российского рынков недвижимости 

* Обязательные покупки и компенсации при строительстве  олимпийских объектов:  накопленный эффективный опыт и уроки подготовки Лондонской Олимпиады

* Оценка в условиях нестабильности рынков: рекомендации

Темы вызвали горячее обсуждение и поистине профессиональную дискуссию, которая позволила обменяться опытом и ответить на многие вопросы.

Данное мероприятие укрепило профессиональную связь между нашими организациями, и я уверена в дальнейшем ее развитии во благо оценочного сообщества России!

Russian Society of Appraisers (RSA) and RICS held and international seminar on April 14, 2010 at RICS Headquarters (Parliament square) in London. The seminar was dedicated to the sharing of european best practices in the acquisition of the property for the government purposes and the construction of Olympic objects and facilities for summer 2012 Olympic Games in London.

The following questions were on agenda:

* Macro economic commentary and a summary of the Global Commercial Survey 2010 results

* Compulsory Purchase and compensation for the London Olympics development:  professional experience and best practices

* Valuations in a turbulent market 

They have stirred a very interactive professional discussion that has allowed to share experiences and answer questions.

This event has strengthened the already existing professional bond between our two organizations and I am sure it will trigger the further development for the benefit of the valuation professional community of Russia.
