7 декабря 2009 года состоялся очередной профессиональный семинар в рамках RICS, посвященный теме «Особенности оценки для целей МСФО», на котором были освещены следующие темы:

1. Стратегия развития RICS в мире и на нашем рынке на 2010 +  и вручение Дипломов новым членам RICS

2. Общий обзор рынка недвижимости России (по всем секторам)

3. Точка зрения оценщиков

Спикеры: Александр Копылов MRICS (E&Y) и Полина Кондратенко MRICS (Colliers International)

4. Точка зрения аудиторов (МСФО 16 и 40)

Спикер: Светлана Половинкина  (E&Y)

5. Точка зрения девелоперов "После погони - взгляд девелопера"

Спикер: Наталия Орешина MRICS (Art Properties)

Несмотря на тяжелые погодные условия в Москве, аудитория семинара собрала более 40 профессионалов из Москвы, Санкт-Петербурга и Киева и сделала семинар интерактивным и интересным. Благодарим всех участников, спикеров за интереснейший и полезный материал, которым они с нами поделились, и компанию "Ernst & Young" за помощь в организации и проведении этого мероприятия!

Dear Members and friends!

RICS Rossia & CIS organized the second RICS CPD event (professional seminar) that was dedicated to the "Specifics of valuation reporting for the purposes of IFRS" - an issue that had been requested by the professional community for the discussion. With the following subjects we have tried to provide a 360 degree point of view on the topic:

1.  RICS development strategy 2010 +: globally and for our region and Diploma awarding for the new qualified members of RICS

Speakers: Olga Arkhangelskaya MRICS, Chairlady RICS Rossia & CIS, and Vera Rukina, Regional Manager RICS Russia & CIS 

2. General overview and current trends in the real estate industry in Russia

Speaker: Vladimir Pantyushin, JLL

3. Valuers point of view

Speakers: Alexander Kopylov MRICS, E&Y and Polina Kondratenko MRICS, Colliers International

4. Auditors point of view (IFRS 16 and 40)

Despite the massive snowfall in Moscow, the auditorium of the event has gathered over 40 professionals from Moscow, St Petersburg and Kiev which triggered interesting and challenging dicsussions. And we would like to thank  all participants, the speakers that have enlighted us on the subjects providing useful information as well as food for thoughts, and especially  "Ernst & Young" company for hosting, facilitating and managing this event!
