On 29 September, RICS Rossia together with the Association of Russian Banks and the Russian Society of Appraisers is organising an international conference on the mortgage appraisal practice around Europe. Banks, insurance companies and appraisers are invited to get the expert viewpoints of international and local speakers.
Among them: Kevin Biggs MRICS, Director, Property Finance Group, The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, Igor Artemenkov FRICS, Chairman of RICS Rossia.
The conference is to take place at the Hotel “Marriott Grand" in Moscow.
