Title: "Feeling the Pinch: Legal Tips for Protecting Real Estate Owners and Landlords in Dealing with Pressures from Banks, Tenants and Other Creditors”.
The seminar is meant to address Romanian property owners and the various issues they face. Property owners can range from the distressed real estate borrower, facing imminent foreclosure from the bank, to the previously successful landlord, but who is now facing pressures from tenants seeking rent reductions or facing outright bankruptcy. As lawyers advising on all of these aspects on numerous transactions, we have seen a number of these situations and ways where the owner could have better protected itself. This seminar is designed for the real estate owner and its advisors and executive employees.
