Roberts Publishing In cooperation with RICS will organize a class called: Presenting and interpreting some recent changes to regulations regarding shopping centres and their impact on management of lease agreements. The seminar is part of our Progressive Learning Program and it will be held on the 23rd of March at the Intercontinental, from 5 pm.

New maximum lease term- which agreements are affected? 

Option to pay in foreign currency- drafting and interpreting currency clauses in lease agreements

Change to bankruptcy law- sacuring claims under a lease agreement in case of owner/tanant bankruptcy

About the speakers:

Agnieszka nagórska is an associate at salans real estate practice. She specialises in real estate law. She has been involved in a number of due diligence projects. Her interests also include issues relating to private international law. Agnieszka has been on the Warsaw University in association with Cambridge University (2006).

Łukasz Zwiercan is an associate at Salans real estate practice. He deals with real estate law and corporate law, in particular wih issues relating to zoning and site development, construction process and construction works agreements. He has been involved in significant due diligance projects and assisted with transactions regarding sale of real estates and companies. Łukasz has been on the warsaw Bar trainig programme since 2010. He graduated from Warsaw University (Master of Laws, 2007).
