- through familiarizing the employers of the profession and of other complementary domains (banking sector, construction, architects, etc) with the values, principles and the professional practice of RICS, so that they can appreciate the added-value an RICS employee could bring to their business
- initiate relationships with some universities in view of identifying the most suitable one for establishing a local RICS accredited course
- initiate the design of the necessary guidance for the local legal frame of the real estate domain, in accordance with the RICS framework

I have joined RICS in 2009 and starting with January 2011 I am member of Romanian national board of RICS.

As a Board Member I wish to enhance the recognition and value of a Chartered Surveyor across all professional sectors who have a relation with the Property, Construction and Real Estate fields, in addition to encouraging the growth of the profession within Romania.
I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2004. I commenced my professional Career in 1999 working for Chartered Loss Adjusters on residential and commercial Insurance claims and then furthered my career working for a Contractor constructing large office developments within the United Kingdom. In 2002, I developed my career as a Building Surveyor and Project Manager working for a medium sized London practice of Chartered Surveyors. I am now the Project and Development Director for the extensive development of logistic and production parks across Southern Eastern Europe.
