    - initiate relationships with some universities in view of identifying the most suitable one for establishing a local RICS accredited course
    - initiate the design of the necessary guidance for the local legal frame of the real estate domain, in accordance with the RICS framework

    As a Board Member I wish to enhance the recognition and value of a Chartered Surveyor across all professional sectors who have a relation with the Property, Construction and Real Estate fields, in addition to encouraging the growth of the profession within Romania.



    I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2004. I commenced my professional Career in 1999 working for Chartered Loss Adjusters on residential and commercial Insurance claims and then furthered my career working for a Contractor constructing large office developments within the United Kingdom. In 2002, I developed my career as a Building Surveyor and Project Manager working for a medium sized London practice of Chartered Surveyors. I am now the Project and Development Director for the extensive development of logistic and production parks across Southern Eastern Europe.
