Roberts Publishing in cooperation with RICS will organize a class called: Presenting and interpreting some recent changes to regulations regarding shopping centres and their impact on management of lease agreements. The seminar is part of our Progressive Learning Program and it will be held on the 23rd of March at the Intercontinental, from 5 pm.
Program Overview:
New maximum lease term- which agreements are affected?
Option to pay in foreign currency- drafting and interpreting currency clauses in lease agreements
Change to bankruptcy law- securing claims under lease agreement in case of owner/tenant bankruptcy
About the Speakers:
Agneszka Nagórska is an associate at Salans real estate practice. She specialises in real estate law. She has been involved in a number of due diligence projects. Her interests also include issues relating to private international law. Agneszka has been on the Warsaw Bar advocate training programme since 2007. She graduated from Warsaw University (Master of Laws, 2007) and the British Centre for English and European Law at Warsaw University in association with Cambridge University (2006).
Łukasz Zwiercan is an associate at Salans real estate practice. He deals with real estate law and corporate law, in particular with issues relating to zoning and site development, construction process and construction works agreements. He has been involved in significant due diligence projects and assisted with transactions regarding sale of real estates and companies. Łukasz has been in the Warsaw Bar training programme since 2010. He graduated from Warsaw University (Master of Laws, 2007).
