Dr.Ing.  Luciano Capaldo FRICS, Chairman of RICS Europe was in Cyprus during
May 28-29.

During his visit he interviewed all members who became interested to participate in the new board of RICS Cyprus as non-executive members, as per the approved new RICS Governance.

Following is the message of Dr. Ing. Capaldo regarding the composition of the new board :

 Thank you all for making the time available to help us develop RICS further in Cyprus.

 As far as the organisation of your Board is concerned, I would propose that after having met a few times and having prepared the plan for your future development, every non-executive Board Member takes responsibility for a specific area in which to support Liana, such as: valuation/Red Book, construction/QS, CPD, press, etc. etc.

 Note that the term of this new Board is for an initial period of 1 year, after which terms can be extended for another 2 years, followed by maximum another 3 years.
