„As an institution of real estate professionals we wanted to support a project of building (re)construction for a local charitable organisation. We were informed about the protected housing project in Psáry by a few of our members who are in regular touch with this organisation. It is an honour for us to financially support the refurbishment of an old buildingand thus enable its new use,“ said Glyn Evans, MRICS, Chairman of RICS Czech Republic.

Competing in the RICS Softball tournament were: CBRE, Colliers International, Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ, Flow Management, Gardiner& Theobald, Jones Lang LaSalle and Knight Frank. The winning team was Jones Lang LaSalle.  

The Laguna Home in Psáry was founded as an institution for the mentally disabled in 1962. After decades of use the home outgrew itself and subsequently undertook an enlargement and a complete reconstruction in 2003 – 2005. The Home now provides state-of-the-art care for 110 permanent clients and 9 clients in day-care. The construction of the protected workshop and protected housing is a further step in the clients´ intergration into normal life. More information at www.lagunapsary.cz.
