It will be almost 2 years since the United States announced the start of their mortgage market crisis. Since then we have been facing an unstable and uncertain situation when it comes to new financing. Are we going to be seeing stable financing again soon?

The session intends to cover:

- The key factors influencing a property financing so far.

- Are those key factors to change in the upcoming time?

- How are the key senior lenders going to reflect the developing market conditions?

- What sort of new approaches (innovations) they may see in the financing?

- Could that be sufficient for the start?

This session is aimed at developers and those involved in property transactions.
