APC FEES

Enrolment fee

Upon enrolment to the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), the candidate will pay:

• 100% countries : 750 EUR
• 65% and 75% countries: 500 EUR
• 35% countries: 335 EUR

Either of the above will be combined with the RICS trainee subscription fee (see attached file '2010 Subscription fees in EUR RICS Europe').

The RICS trainee subscription fee is payable every year until the RICS Trainee passes his/her Final Assessment.

No-show fee

Failure to inform RICS that the candidate cannot attend the Final Assessment he/she is registered for will result in us having to charge a no-show fee of 400 EUR in 75% and 100% countries and 200 EUR in 35% and 65% countries.

Qualification fee

Upon successful completion of the Final Assessment, the new member will pay the full subscription for qualified members, i.e.

• Library obligation: 70.53 EUR
• Professional Member entrance fee: 114.25EUR
• Lionheart (optional charity): 21,15 EUR
• RICS subscription fee (see attached file '2010 Subscription fees in EUR RICS Europe')

Please note that if you qualify before 30 September, the trainee fee needs to be deducted from the MRICS fee. If you qualify as from 1 October, the full MRICS fee needs to be paid, as it will cover the following subscription year.

Referral fee

In case the candidate is not successful at the Final Assesment, he/she will be able to re-sit his/her Final Assessment by paying the Referral fee of

• 75% and 100% countries: 400 EUR
• 35% and 65% countries: 200 EUR

Appeal fee

In case a referred candidate wants to appeal against the outcome of the Final Assessment, he/she will be requested to pay an administrative fee of 150 EUR. This fee will be returned if the appeal is upheld.
