Can I change my APC Pathway?

Yes, this is possible, but you will need to cover all the competencies of the new Pathway before being eligible for Final Assessment. Please inform the National Group of your country of residence or the RICS Europe office in Brussels, Belgium.

Can I change my optional competencies?

Yes. You do not need to inform RICS but you must ensure that all the requirements of your chosen faculty route are met to all levels.

How do I enrol onto the APC?

If you send your CV to the National Group of your country of residence or the RICS Europe office in Brussels, Belgium, they will send you an application pack for the entry route that is the most suitable according to your qualifications and professional experience.

I am based in a country where there is no National Group in place. How will I be assessed?

Please get in touch with the RICS Europe office in Brussels, Belgium who will ensure that you can sit your APC in another country.

If I change my employer, do I need to inform you?

Yes. Please inform the National Group of your country of residence or the RICS Europe in Brussels, Belgium.

Once I have submitted my completed application form and fees, what are the next steps?

We will check your application and if everything is in order you will receive an approval letter stating your enrolment date and provisional Final Assessment date. You will also receive an RICS membership card. You can then start your APC programme.
