RICS seeks a Chairman and Non-Executive Members for its Business Development Board.

Would you like to be involved in helping drive the long-term profitable growth of RICS commercial businesses and monitoring the direction, strategy and performance of our group business operations around the globe?

Our businesses operate in the construction, property and land markets and range from building cost information and dispute resolution services to blended online information and software tools for professional and business customers. We aim to expand both in the UK and other key territories.

As a member of the Business Development Board you will be working with a staff and RICS member team whose role will be to -

• Maintain a worldwide group direction and competitive strategy
• Expand RICS commercial footprint globally
• Simultaneously drive the commercial businesses forward while keeping them under prudent control
• Monitor group financial and operating results against budgets, plans and key performance indicators
• Ensure group frameworks, policies and practices are established and maintained
• Monitor commercial group progress and performance generally.
