Postgraduate Diploma in Real Estate - Technical University of Budapest
printDear Members and Colleagues
We would like to draw your attention to the redesigned 2-year real estate course starting in September 2011 at the Technical University of Budapest (please see the attached document).
Many of you have close relationship with the course, either as former students, tutors, etc and are probably well aware of the many difficulties the former RICS accredited course went through in the past years.
Still, many formers students are now RICS members working in high positions, offering their clients professional and trustworthy advice.
Thanks to the continuous efforts of the new course leader, the RICS education board and the board of RICS Hungary, we believe the course is now meeting the ever changing market demands and will provide students with valuable, up-to-date and internationally recognized knowledge and networking opportunities.
We encourage you (who are not fully qualified members yet), your colleagues and friends to consider attending the course, which can be the first step to obtain the RICS membership (via the senior professional route).
For any questions, information on how to apply, fees, etc. please contact the course leader, Mr Levente Mályusz (in copy, mobile no. is 06 30 999 75 73). Applications should reach the University by September 7, 2011, the latest.
