Welcome to the RICS Czech Republic.

In what are continuing difficult economic climes, the responsibility of RICS to remain at the forefront of evolving markets and to provide professional support to its Members is even more crucial. At the end of 2011, the RICS Czech Republic membership had grown to around 106 members, with around 10 trainee members working towards full qualification in 2012.

Our trainees and current non-members include those who have graduated from the locally run RICS accredited Post Graduate Diploma, Senior Professionals as well as those coming through the APC route.

We continue to strive towards raising the profile of RICS in the Czech Republic and to attract new membership to the Institution. Throughout 2012 myself and the Board will be coordinating various LLL seminars, networking events, as well as driving forward with professional working groups to develop practice guidelines and professional standards in the Czech Republic. Myself and the Board welcome you to discuss any thoughts, issues or suggestions as to the RICS here in the Czech Republic
