The ninth edition of  RICS Cyprus’ Property Price Index is now available. A quarterly price and rental index which is based on methodology produced by the University of Reading, UK, the index tracks property and rental prices across all districts and main property types.

As significant ‘end-users’ for service providers, it is critical for the real estate profession to understand the dynamic, evolving challenges and opportunities occupiers face in ensuring they are located in prime space for their businesses.

This paper represents a scoping exercise among some of RICS’ key stakeholders – members and other professionals - through a number of global discussion forums on the subject. It is not intended to represent an exhaustive study of location and relocation drivers, but will be a platform for further in-depth research, policy and best practice for RICS globally.
