How to join?
RICS welcomes new members from diverse backgrounds, based on a combination of academic and professional qualifications and relevant experience. We offer diverse 'routes to membership', the main ones being the 'Graduate' and 'Senior Professional' routes.
The process of becoming a chartered surveyor is called the 'APC (Assessment of Professional Competence)' completed by the 'Final Assessment' - all explained below.
